Park hotel Igls is a diagnostic medi-spa where the Modern Mayr cure is practiced. Park hotel Igls does not just treat symptoms; it addresses the causes and prevents the symptoms through detoxification. Choose from seven therapeutic modules, two diagnostic modules and a range of seasonal programmes that focus on everything from skin to the musculoskeletal system with treatments including massages, detox baths, acupuncture, psychotherapy, sleep diagnostic sessions, ultrasounds and vitamin injections – to name a few.

For the past 2 years the health retreat offers a dementia screening diagnostic module using magnetic resonance tomography to assess whether a patient is likely to develop dementia within the next 7 to 10 years. This facility costs €2,961 per week and the price excludes accommodation.

MAYR DE-STRESS programme includes:
• 2 craniosacral therapies (50 mins each)
• 2 coaching sessions (50 mins each)
• 4 combination heat packs (hay flowers and moor)
• 4 partial body massages – primarily acupressure & connective tissue massages (25 mins each)
MAYR DE-STRESS programme costs €1,729 for 1 week and the price excludes accommodation.

The centre also offers kybun group classes as part of the modern mayr cure.
